How an order works in Chandigarh

Chandigarh runs on a hub-and-spoke model. Doorstep collections and store drop-offs from across the city all travel to one central plant, where every garment is cleaned, finished and checked before it comes back to you. Because there is a single plant and a single process, a shirt collected in Sector 8 gets exactly the same care as a sherwani dropped off in Sector 35.

1. Book. WhatsApp or call 9115-505-505 (or 9115-707-707), book online at book.swanclean.in, or use the Swan Clean app for Android or iOS.
2. Hand over. Our team collects from your door at the slot you choose. Collection and delivery are free across the city.
3. Clean. Dry cleaning runs on European-engineered machines using Green Earth Cleaning, our gentle, non-toxic and odour-free process. Laundry uses Diversey and Seitz professional chemistry, and pressing is done on Veit, Macpi and Naomoto form finishers.
4. Return. Standard orders come back in 24–48 hours, with real-time order updates along the way and cashless payment.

Sectors and neighbourhoods we collect from

We collect from Sectors 1–56 and 61–63, plus the neighbourhoods around the sector grid. If your address is in Chandigarh, collection is free.

Northern sectors: 1–12 and 14

Sector 1 by Sukhna Lake, the bungalow sectors 2–11, Sector 12 around PGIMER and Sector 14 around Panjab University. Sector 8 and Sector 9 markets are familiar collection landmarks for us.

Central sectors: 15–24

The heart of the city, including Sector 17 Plaza and the Sector 22 market, and the busy residential pockets of Sectors 15, 16, 18–21, 23 and 24.

Sectors 25–31

The sectors either side of the central belt, from Sector 25 in the west to Sectors 26–31 in the east towards the Industrial Area.

Southern sectors: 32–52

Sector 32 around GMCH, the Sector 35 market where our store is, and the larger residential sectors from 36 to 52, including their group housing societies.

The plant itself is at D-44, Phase 5, Industrial Area, Mohali, just across the city boundary. Chandigarh is compact and the plant sits close to its southern and western sectors, so garments from Sukhna Lake and from Maloya reach the same machines without a long haul. That is what keeps standard turnaround at 24–48 hours across the whole city, whether you book a doorstep collection or use a store.

Choosing a collection slot that works for you

A few small choices make collection smooth, especially in a city where many households are out at work all day.

Working households

• Book the evening before and pick a slot when someone, whether family or household help, will be at home to hand over the bag.
• Put everything for one order in a single bag and add a note for any stain, loose button or garment that needs special care.
• Empty pockets before the bag goes out. Pens and tissues are the usual culprits.

Gated societies and apartment blocks

• Add the society name, tower or block, flat number and the gate you want us to use to your address.
• If your society keeps a visitor register or needs a resident to approve entry, let the guard know a Swan Clean collection is expected.

Government housing and sector houses

• Write the house number with the full sector and sub-sector letter, for example 22-B or 44-C. Two houses can share a number in different halves of a sector.
• Mention a nearby landmark such as a park, school or market if the lane is hard to find.
• For shared or rented floors, say which floor and which entrance.

Offices, IT Park and the Industrial Area

• If home is empty all day, you can give a different collection address within Chandigarh, such as your office in IT Park or the Industrial Area. Confirm it with us on WhatsApp when you book.
• Give the building name, floor and the reception or security desk where the bag can be handed over.

Weekly routine

Many households settle on a fixed weekly slot, for example a Monday evening collection, so office wear is back before the next week starts. With 24–48 hour turnaround, a weekly rhythm keeps wardrobes moving without a pile building up.

Plans change. You can reschedule or cancel for free any time before collection. Once the order has been collected it cannot be cancelled.

What Chandigarh homes send us through the year

Most weekly orders are everyday wash and fold or wash and iron along with office wear for dry cleaning. As the city cools down, coats, sweaters and shawls come out of storage and go through our woollen and winter wear service. The wedding season brings lehengas, sherwanis and zari sarees, which we handle under wedding wear dry cleaning. Before festivals, many families send curtains, quilts and blankets in one go.
