What we handle for hotels

• F&B linen: table cloths, napkins, runners and buffet skirting from restaurants and coffee shops.

A schedule that follows occupancy

A 20-room guest house in Sector 35 and a banquet property on the Mohali side do not need the same rhythm. During the site visit we look at room count, typical occupancy, F&B covers and storage space, then set collection days to match.

Most properties run smoothly with at least three sets of linen per bed: one in rooms, one in the laundry cycle and one on the shelf. If you are running short of stock, we will tell you on the site visit, because no collection schedule can fix a par level that is too thin. Standard turnaround is 24–48 hours, and the cycle for your account is written into the rate card.

Guest laundry, handled separately

Guest garments never mix with house linen. Each guest bag is tagged with the room number and your laundry slip, processed as its own lot and returned folded or on hangers as the guest asked. Suits, silk sarees and embellished garments go through Green Earth Cleaning, our gentle, odour-free dry cleaning process.

Tell guests the standard turnaround is 24–48 hours. If your property needs a different arrangement for guest laundry, we agree it in writing at the start rather than improvising at the front desk.

Counts, rejects and discrepancies

Housekeeping hands over linen counted by category, and we confirm the count at collection. The delivery comes back with a count sheet for the same categories.

• Pieces that are torn, burnt or stained beyond recovery are set aside and reported, not returned mixed into clean stock.
• Any shortfall or damage should be raised with your dedicated contact within 24 hours of delivery so it can be traced while the lot is fresh.
• Monthly GST invoices are built from the same delivery counts, so housekeeping and accounts work from one set of numbers.

Banquet halls and wedding season

Banquet volume in the tricity rises sharply in the wedding months. Share your function calendar with us and we plan additional collections in advance instead of reacting the morning after. Table linen is kept in colour lots so a set of maroon runners comes back as a set. Guests who bring heavy lehengas or sherwanis can be pointed to our wedding wear dry cleaning.
