Store drop-off or doorstep collection
Both routes lead to the same result, so choose whichever fits your day.
- Drop off at a store if you are already passing the market, want to point out a stain or a delicate detail in person, or are handing over a single special garment such as a wedding outfit.
- Book a doorstep collection if you have a full bag, household linen such as quilts and curtains, or simply no time to travel. Collection and delivery are free across Chandigarh, Mohali and Panchkula. Book on WhatsApp or by phone at 9115-505-505, online at book.swanclean.in, or in the app.
What to bring when you drop off
- Your garments, with pockets emptied and any detachable brooches, belts or trims removed if you want to keep them safe at home.
- Your mobile number, so the order is linked to your account and you receive real-time updates.
- A note, or a quick word at the counter, about stains, loose buttons, missing beads or anything the care label does not tell us.
- Matching pieces together. Bring suit jackets with their trousers and lehengas with their dupattas so they are cleaned and returned as a set.
Where your garments go after the store
Store orders are not cleaned in the shop. They are tagged at the counter and travel to our central plant at D-44, Phase 5, Industrial Area, Mohali, the same plant that handles every doorstep order. There they go through European-engineered dry cleaning machines using Green Earth Cleaning, Diversey and Seitz professional chemistry for laundry, and finishing on Veit, Macpi and Naomoto form finishers.
Standard orders are finished in 24–48 hours. Prices are per piece and the same at the store as for doorstep orders; see the price list.
