Name tags and branch-wise returns

Uniform programmes break down when shirts come back in a pile and staff spend a morning sorting them. We tag each person’s garments by name, employee code or locker number, and pack returns per person.

For businesses with several locations, such as a bank with branches in Sector 17, Sector 22 and Mohali Phase 3B2, or a showroom group across the tricity, we collect and deliver branch by branch. You can choose one consolidated monthly GST invoice or invoices per branch, with counts behind every line.

When staff join or leave, send the change to your dedicated contact. New names are added to the tag list before their first collection, and garments of anyone who has left are returned with the next delivery so your store can reissue them.

How many sets each person needs

With a weekly collection, most teams need at least three sets of uniform per person: one being worn, one at the plant and one spare for spills and late returns. With two collections a week, two or three sets are usually enough. We look at your shift pattern on the site visit and suggest a frequency that matches the number of sets you already hold, before you buy more.

Blazers and formal wear

Blazers and suits are dry cleaned through Green Earth Cleaning, our gentle, non-toxic, odour-free process, on European-engineered machines with Seitz chemistry. They are finished on Veit, Macpi and Naomoto form finishers and returned on hangers with shoulders shaped and finished. Branded shirts are washed and pressed, with logos and embroidery turned and protected during finishing. Standard turnaround is 24–48 hours.

Security and facility teams

Security agencies and facility management teams in Industrial Area Phase I and II and IT Park often run shifts around the clock, which means uniforms are in use every day. We set collection days that suit shift changes and return uniforms counted per guard or per site. Heavy winter jackets and overalls can be added in season; see winter wear cleaning.

Office curtains and upholstery covers

Curtains and removable covers are usually cleaned on a rotation, once or twice a year or before an audit or event. Your facility team takes panels down and rehangs them; we collect, clean and return them labelled by room or floor. Tell us panel lengths and fabric (cotton or silk) during the site visit so the right process is planned: cotton panels are washed and pressed, while silk and lined panels are dry cleaned. Covers that are stitched onto furniture are not something we can take away, and we will say so on the visit. See curtain cleaning for how long panels are handled.
