How a Panchkula order travels

Panchkula orders follow the same route as every other Swan Clean order. Our team collects from your door, the garments are tagged to your order and taken to our plant at D-44, Phase 5, Industrial Area, Mohali, and they come back to you cleaned, finished and checked. Standard orders are returned in 24–48 hours, and real-time order updates show you where things stand.

At the plant, dry cleaning runs on European-engineered machines using Green Earth Cleaning, our gentle, non-toxic and odour-free process that is kind to fabrics and embellishments. Laundry uses Diversey and Seitz professional chemistry, and finishing is done on Veit, Macpi and Naomoto form finishers.

Booking tips for Panchkula homes

Many Panchkula houses are split into separately occupied floors, and MDC has a growing number of societies. A few details on the booking help the team find you first time.

• Give the house number, sector and floor, for example “first floor, separate entrance on the side lane”.
• In MDC societies, include the society name, tower and flat number, and let the gate know a collection is expected.
• Pack each order in one bag and add a note for stains, missing buttons or garments with delicate work.
• If your plans change, reschedule or cancel free of charge before collection. Collected orders cannot be cancelled.

Weekly orders are usually everyday wash and fold or wash and iron plus a few garments for dry cleaning. Larger houses often send curtains, quilts and blankets together when the seasons turn, and winter brings coats, sweaters and shawls for our woollen and winter wear care.

Special garments from Panchkula

Some garments deserve a word before they leave the house. If you are sending a wedding lehenga, a sherwani, a zari or silk saree, or a heavily embroidered dupatta, mention it when you book and put it in a separate bag. That way it gets the attention it needs under wedding wear dry cleaning.

• Keep blouses, dupattas and lehengas from the same outfit together so they return as a set.
• Remove detachable brooches, belts or tassels you would rather keep at home.
• Tell us what caused a stain, such as turmeric, oil, wine or mehendi, if you know. It helps the team choose the right treatment.
• Check the order when it arrives and report anything missing or damaged within 24 hours of delivery.

For garments that are already clean but creased after storage, steam ironing on its own is a quicker, lighter option.
