How do I book a collection?
WhatsApp or call 9115-505-505 (or 9115-707-707), book online at book.swanclean.in, or use the Swan Clean app on Android or iOS. Choose a collection slot and our team comes to your door.
Which areas do you collect from?
We collect from homes across Chandigarh, Mohali and Panchkula. See our Chandigarh, Mohali and Panchkula pages for the sectors and neighbourhoods covered.
Is collection and delivery free?
Yes. Doorstep collection and delivery are free across Chandigarh, Mohali and Panchkula.
Can I drop off at a store instead?
Yes. Our store at Booth No. 37, Inner Market, Sector 35-C, Chandigarh takes drop-offs. The stores page lists every current location.
Can I reschedule or cancel an order?
Yes, free of charge, at any time before collection. Once an order has been collected it cannot be cancelled.
How are prices worked out?
Prices are per piece and depend on the garment and the service, such as wash and fold, wash and iron, steam iron or dry clean. The full list is on our price list page.
Why does dry cleaning cost more than laundry?
Dry cleaning uses a separate process and machines, and suits, silks, woollens and embellished garments need more handling and finishing than everyday washing.
How do I pay?
Payments are cashless, and you can follow every order with real-time updates.
Is there a charge for collection?
No. You pay only the per-piece charges for your garments and household linen.
How long does an order take?
Standard orders are returned in 24–48 hours across Chandigarh, Mohali and Panchkula.
How do I know where my order is?
You receive real-time order updates, and you can check status any time under My Orders in the Swan Clean app.
Is turnaround the same for store orders?
Yes. Store and doorstep orders go to the same plant in Mohali Phase 5, so standard turnaround is 24–48 hours either way.
Where are my garments cleaned?
At our central plant at D-44, Phase 5, Industrial Area, Mohali, which uses European-engineered dry cleaning machines, Seitz and Diversey professional chemistry and Veit, Macpi and Naomoto form finishers.
What is Green Earth Cleaning?
It is our gentle, non-toxic and odour-free dry cleaning process, kind to fabrics and embellishments. You can read more on our Green Earth dry cleaning page.
Should I point out stains?
Yes. Add a note in the bag or mention it at the store, ideally saying what caused the stain. It helps the team choose the right treatment.
Can you clean wedding wear and heavy embroidery?
Yes. Lehengas, sherwanis and zari or silk sarees are handled under our wedding wear dry cleaning service, using the Green Earth process.
Do you clean quilts, blankets and curtains?
Yes. Quilts, blankets and curtain panels can be washed or dry cleaned depending on the fabric, and are priced per piece.
What if a garment is missing or damaged?
Report it within 24 hours of delivery through WhatsApp, a call or the app, with photos if you can. We will look into it and respond under our garment care and liability policy.
How much compensation can I claim?
Our liability for a damaged or lost garment is capped at up to 5 times the cleaning charge for that garment, as set out in our garment care and liability policy.
What if I am not happy with how a complaint was handled?
You can escalate it through our grievance redressal process, set out on the grievance redressal page.
Do you work with businesses?
Yes. We handle linen and uniforms for hotels, institutions and other businesses. See our commercial laundry page for the sectors we serve.
How do I set up a business account?
