How a commercial account works

Business laundry fails when nobody knows what went out, what came back and what it cost. Our process is built to answer those three questions on every cycle.

1. Site visit. We come to your premises, look at what you send out today, how it is stored and where soiled linen waits for collection. We note volumes by category and any special handling.
2. Rate card in writing. Depending on your mix, you are charged per piece or per kg. The rates, the categories they cover and the turnaround are agreed in writing before the first collection.
3. Scheduled collections. Collection days and times are fixed around your operations, so your team is not chasing a driver.
4. Tagging and counting. Each lot is counted by category at collection and tagged so it stays together through the plant. The count travels with the lot.
5. Processing and delivery. Standard turnaround is 24–48 hours. Each delivery comes with a count sheet you can check against the collection count.
6. Monthly GST invoice. One consolidated GST invoice per month, with the delivery counts behind it.
7. Dedicated contact. One named person on our side handles your schedule changes, queries and discrepancies.

Each sector sends different linen and needs a different rhythm. These pages explain how we handle each one:

• Hospitals, nursing homes and clinics: scrubs, coats, bed linen and curtains, with segregation handled under your own protocols.
• Salons, spas, gyms and yoga studios: towels, robes, sheets and capes.
• Restaurants, cafés, cloud kitchens and caterers: table linen, napkins, chef coats and kitchen cloths.
• PGs, hostels and colleges: resident laundry programmes and institutional linen.
• Offices, banks, showrooms and facility teams: uniforms, blazers, curtains and removable covers.

Where the work is done

All commercial lots are processed at our plant at D-44, Phase 5, Industrial Area, Mohali. We run a hub-and-spoke model: one central plant handles everything collected from businesses, homes and our stores, which keeps process and quality control in one place.

The plant runs European-engineered dry cleaning machines, form finishers from Veit, Macpi and Naomoto, and Seitz and Diversey professional chemistry. Blazers, coats and delicate staff garments go through Green Earth Cleaning, our gentle, non-toxic, odour-free dry cleaning process. Our corporate office is at Plot 78, Phase I, Industrial Area, Chandigarh.

Pricing for businesses

Commercial rates are agreed per account, because they depend on volume, fabric mix, collection frequency and finishing (folded, pressed or on hangers). We do not publish them.

Our retail per-piece prices for households are on the price list. They are a useful reference for one-off staff garments, but your account rate card is separate and is the only document that governs your invoice.
