What we handle

• Yoga studios: cotton blankets, bolster covers, eye-pillow covers and towels.

Oil, colour and product residue

Salon and spa linen is not ordinary laundry. Massage oil builds up in cotton over repeated use and can turn towels grey and stiff. Hair colour, henna and some skincare products leave marks that do not always come out.

• Bag oil-heavy spa linen separately from salon towels, so we can process it in its own loads.
• Mark colour-room towels; we keep them apart from white spa linen.
• Do not leave damp, oily towels sealed in bags for days before collection. Heat and time set stains.
• Colour and henna stains are treated, but we will not promise removal. Pieces that do not come clean are flagged on the delivery note.

Many salons keep a separate, darker towel set for colour work. It is a simple change that extends the life of white towels.

Par stock and collection frequency

Work out how many towels each chair or treatment bed uses on a busy day, then hold enough for at least two days plus the set in the laundry cycle. On the site visit we look at your appointment volume and storage space and suggest collection days that keep your shelves full without overstocking. Standard turnaround is 24–48 hours.

Returned the way your shelves are set up

Tell us how you stack towels and we fold to match: hand towels in thirds, bath towels rolled for spa display, robes on hangers or folded. Capes and staff tunics can be returned on hangers. Everything is counted by category at collection and again at delivery, with a count sheet you can check in a couple of minutes.

Spa robes and heavier bath sheets take longer to dry and finish than hand towels, so we agree in advance which categories return on which delivery. That way a short-staffed morning never starts with an empty robe rail.

Hygiene starts at your end

Clean linen only stays clean if it is stored properly once it reaches you. Keep returned towels in closed shelving away from the wash basins and colour bar, use separate hampers for used and clean stock, and never re-fold a towel that has touched a client. A short brief to new staff on these points does more for your linen than any laundry process.

Gyms and studios across the tricity

Gyms often generate towel volume in the morning and evening peaks, while yoga studios send larger, heavier blankets less often. We collect from studios in Chandigarh sectors, the Mohali phases and Panchkula, with collection days set around your quietest hours.
