This policy explains the cookies used on the Swan Clean website and how you can manage them.

This website, our online booking at book.swanclean.in, our mobile apps and our stores are operated by Swan Clean, a brand of Newway Infomatics Private Limited, Plot 78, Phase I, Industrial Area, Chandigarh 160002. Email: sales@swanclean.in. Phone and WhatsApp: 9115-505-505. In this document, “Swan Clean”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Newway Infomatics Private Limited, and “you” refers to the customer using our services.
This policy covers swanclean.in and book.swanclean.in. Our mobile apps do not use browser cookies; how the apps handle device data is covered in our Privacy Policy.
2. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser. They help the site work, remember your choices and show the site owner how the site is used. Similar technologies, such as pixels and tags, work in a similar way and are covered by this policy.
3. Cookies we use

Cookie names and how long they last are set by each provider and can change. Most analytics and marketing cookies last from a few months to two years unless you delete them.
4. Third-party cookies
Analytics and marketing cookies are set by Google and Meta, who process the data under their own privacy policies. We do not control these cookies. You can learn more and set your preferences in your Google account ad settings and in Meta’s ad preferences on Facebook and Instagram. Google also offers a browser add-on to opt out of Google Analytics at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
5. Managing cookies
You can block or delete cookies at any time through your browser settings:
- Chrome: Settings, then Privacy and security, then Third-party cookies or Delete browsing data.
- Safari: Settings or Preferences, then Privacy, then Manage Website Data.
- Firefox: Settings, then Privacy and Security, then Cookies and Site Data.
- Edge: Settings, then Cookies and site permissions.
Blocking analytics and marketing cookies does not stop you from booking with us. Blocking essential cookies may stop parts of the website or online booking from working.
6. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy if we add or remove cookies or change providers. The updated policy will be posted on this page with a new effective date.

We acknowledge every complaint within 48 hours of receiving it and aim to resolve it within one month from the date we receive it.
