How home collection works

1. Book. Schedule a collection, message WhatsApp 9115-505-505 or use the app, and choose a slot.
2. Hand over. Put everything for the order in one bag and add a note for stains or delicate pieces. Our team collects at your slot.
3. We clean. Garments are tagged to your order, inspected and cleaned at our plant in Sector 82, Mohali.
4. We deliver. Finished, checked and packed, your order returns in 24–48 hours.

Where it works

Home collection and delivery are free across Chandigarh, Mohali and Panchkula, and we also serve Zirakpur and Kharar. Unsure about your address? Send it on WhatsApp and we will confirm.

Tips for a smooth collection

• Give the society name, tower, flat number and the gate the team should use.
• Choose a slot when someone, or your household help, will be at home.
• Empty pockets first. Pens and tissues cause most of the trouble.
• Keep wedding wear and delicate pieces in a separate bag.
• Check the order when it arrives and report any concern within 24 hours.

What we collect

Everyday clothes for wash and iron, shirts and sarees for steam ironing, suits and delicate garments for dry cleaning, and household items such as curtains, blankets and quilts.

Every order is covered by the Swan Guarantee: stains and existing damage are recorded at inspection, standard orders come back in 24–48 hours, and if a garment is damaged or lost in our care we cover up to 5 times its cleaning charge. Report any concern within 24 hours of delivery and our team will take it from there.
