Step 1: Book a slot
Schedule a collection online, message us on WhatsApp 9115-505-505 or use the Swan Clean app. Give your full address, including society name, tower and gate.
Step 2: Get the bag ready
- Empty all pockets.
- Keep wedding wear and delicate pieces in a separate bag.
- Add a note for any stain, with what caused it.
- Count or list your garments if you like; we record them at inspection.
Step 3: Hand over at your slot
Our team collects from your door. Someone should be there to hand over the bag; household help or a neighbour is fine as long as the gate knows we are coming.

What to expect on collection day
Our team arrives in your chosen slot, collects the bag and notes the number of pieces. If a gate or society needs a name or a call, the team follows what you wrote in your booking. If plans change, message us before the slot and reschedule free of charge.
How to flag special garments
Put wedding wear, silk, woollens and embellished pieces in their own bag and add a note on the order. Mention stains, their cause and when they happened. If a garment is sentimental or very valuable, tell us when you book so the team can handle it with extra care.
What happens to your clothes at the plant
Garments are tagged to your order, inspected and sorted by fabric and colour. Stains are treated by hand. Laundry goes through machines using Seitz and Diversey chemistry; dry cleaning runs on European-engineered machines with Green Earth Cleaning.
