What we handle
Housekeeping and security uniforms, office and pantry linen, washroom and kitchen towels, curtains and blinds fabric from client sites, cushion and sofa covers, and linen from guest houses and staff accommodation you manage.
Site-wise lots for multi-site contracts
Each client site is tagged as its own lot, so linen from one office never returns to another, and your account manager gets counts per site for client reporting.
Our process and chemistry
All business work is processed at our own plant in Sector 82, Industrial Area, Mohali:
- Diversey professional laundry chemistry, Ecocert and Dermatest certified, for linen, towels, uniforms and workwear, dosed for the load type and soil level.
- German Seitz dry cleaning for blazers, suits, coats and delicate staff garments.
- Green Earth Cleaning certified plant, for gentle, non-toxic and odour-free dry cleaning.
- Finishing on Veit, Macpi and Naomoto form finishers and pressing equipment.
Nothing is outsourced. One team handles every lot from collection count to delivery count.
Certifications
Our plant is Green Earth Cleaning certified, and our laundry runs on Diversey professional chemistry, which is Ecocert and Dermatest certified. Ask for copies of certificates and our process documents during the site visit, and we will share what applies to your account.
How an account works
- Site visit. We see what you send out today, volumes by category, storage and where soiled linen waits.
- Written rate card and scope. What we accept, how it is bagged, collection days and turnaround, agreed before the first collection.
- Counted and tagged lots. Every lot is counted by category at collection and the count sheet travels with it.
- Delivery against count. Each delivery comes with a count sheet you can check against the collection count.
- Monthly GST invoice with the delivery counts behind it, and one named contact on our side.
