A unit store is a compact Swan Clean store linked to a Swan plant. Your store takes in garments and runs doorstep collection in your area; the plant does the cleaning, finishing and checks.

How a unit store works
- Intake. Customers drop garments at your counter, or book a doorstep collection on the app, WhatsApp or the website.
- Plant runs. Garments are tagged and move from your store to the Swan plant and back on scheduled runs.
- Hand-over. Finished and pressed garments come back to your store for delivery or collection by the customer.
Because there are no washers, dryers, boilers or solvents in your store, you need no water lines, drainage or heavy power load for machines.

What Swan provides
- Brand and trademark. Swan Clean® is a registered trademark, with stores in Chandigarh, Mohali and Panchkula and business clients that include Indian School of Business, IHCL and Ramada properties.
- Plant know-how. Our plant in Sector 82, Mohali runs German Seitz dry cleaning, Diversey laundry chemistry (Ecocert and Dermatest certified), Veit, Macpi and Naomoto finishing, and is Green Earth Cleaning certified. Master and own-plant partners get the same equipment specification, layout and process.
- Technology. Customer app on Google Play and the App Store, WhatsApp ordering, a CRM that tracks every enquiry, garment tagging and order updates.
- Training. Garment intake and inspection, stain and fabric care, pricing, customer service, collection and delivery, and the store software, before you open.
- Launch and marketing. Launch campaigns for your catchment, local digital marketing, and enquiries from your area passed to your store.
- Ongoing reviews. Quarterly business reviews on numbers, quality and local growth.
