Diversey Clax laundry range: CII GreenPro ecolabel
Our wet laundry runs on the Diversey Clax professional range, made in India by Diversey India Hygiene Private Limited. The products below are certified under the GreenPro ecolabel by the CII-Green Products and Services Council, valid till December 2027.

Seitz, Germany: dry cleaning and textile care
- intense®, a non-perc alternative solvent for modern closed-circuit dry cleaning machines.
- Viva Care, a textile care agent that is dermatologically tested and rated "excellent" by Dermatest, Münster.
- Seitz spotting agents for stain treatment before cleaning.
Green Earth Cleaning
Our dry cleaning process is Green Earth Cleaning certified. It uses a silicone-based solvent in place of perchloroethylene or petroleum solvents, so garments come back soft and odour-free.
How every order is processed
- 1. Scheduled collectionLinen and garments collected at fixed times with a challan and piece count.
- 2. Barcode taggingEvery item tagged with colour-coded barcodes for special care, stains, repairs and starch.
- 3. Sorting and inspectionSorted by category, colour and soil level. Damage and stains recorded before cleaning.
- 4. Pre-spottingStains treated at a dedicated spotting station with Seitz agents.
- 5. Wash or dry cleanWasher-extractor programmes with automatic Diversey dosing, or Seitz dry cleaning for solvent-care items.
- 6. FinishingDrying, Veit and Macpi form finishing, Naomoto trouser finishing and pressing.
- 7. Quality checkItem-level check for cleanliness, stains, odour and finish. Rework before release.
- 8. PackingLinen folded to standard, garments hung or packed, piece count matched to the challan.
- 9. Delivery and recordsReturned on schedule with a delivery challan. Monthly reconciliation and GST invoicing for business accounts.
Our working standards
- Separate handling of soiled and finished items, with category-specific wash temperatures
- Neutralised, pH-balanced final rinse, so linen is gentle on skin and does not yellow
- Correct load factors to limit fabric wear and extend linen life
- Damage and stains recorded before cleaning, under the Swan Guarantee
- Chemicals stored and handled as per their Safety Data Sheets, with trained staff using PPE
- Regular turnaround of 36 to 72 hours, and next-day Express when needed

We work with procurement and infection-control teams on documented, auditable linen programmes. Visit the plant, see the process and review certificate copies, our process documents and our pollution control application on site.

Which laundry chemicals does Swan Clean use?
Wet laundry runs on the Diversey Clax professional range, made in India by Diversey India Hygiene Private Limited. Seven of the Clax products we use are certified under the CII GreenPro ecolabel, valid till December 2027.
Does Swan Clean use perc in dry cleaning?
No. Our dry cleaning uses German Seitz chemistry with a non-perc solvent, and our plant is Green Earth Cleaning certified. We do not use perchloroethylene, MTO or chlorine-based solvents.
Can hospitals and hotels inspect the plant?
Yes. Procurement and infection-control teams are welcome to visit our plant in Sector 82, Mohali. Certificate copies and process documents are shared during the visit.
How is every garment and linen item tracked?
Every item is tagged with a colour-coded barcode at intake and scanned through each stage. Collection and delivery challans are matched piece by piece.
