Wash + Fold or Wash + Iron

There are two laundry options, and most households use both.

Wash + Fold

Garments are washed, dried and neatly folded for the cupboard. It suits T-shirts, gym wear, nightwear, jeans, towels and anything you would not iron at home anyway. A T-shirt starts from ₹25 and a pair of jeans from ₹50.

Wash + Iron

Garments are washed and then pressed, so shirts, trousers, kurtas and cotton sarees come back finished and pressed. Shirts can be returned folded or on a hanger; a full-sleeve shirt is ₹45 folded and ₹55 on a hanger. If your garments are already clean and only need pressing, our steam ironing service is the lighter option.

Why we price per piece, not per kilo

Laundry by weight looks simple until a heavy pair of jeans costs the same as three cotton shirts. Per-piece pricing means a light kurta is charged as a kurta and a bath towel as a towel. You can check every rate on the price list before booking, and the order summary in the app shows each piece as it is logged.

How we sort and wash

Every order is sorted before it goes into a machine. Whites are kept apart from colours, dark garments from light ones, and heavier cottons from fine fabrics, so a new red kurta does not tint a white shirt and towels do not rough up softer garments. Care labels are read at sorting; anything marked dry clean only is set aside for dry cleaning rather than washed.

All laundry is processed at our plant in Mohali Industrial Area Phase 5, which also handles household linen for homes and institutions.

Everyday wear and household linen

A regular laundry order in Chandigarh tends to be a mix of office shirts, school uniforms, kurtas, bed sheets and towels. All of it can go in the same collection; we separate it at the plant. Bed sheets start from ₹35 for a single and ₹50 for a double on Wash + Fold.

Before you hand over the bag

A minute of checking at home saves trouble later.

• Empty every pocket. Pens, tissues and lip balm are the usual culprits behind stained loads.
• Close zips and hooks so they do not snag other garments in the machine.
• Point out fresh stains when you hand the bag over, especially on school uniforms and white shirts. A stain that is flagged gets treated before washing.
• Keep anything with a dry clean only label aside, or tell us at collection so it goes to the right line.
