What you can drop off here
Everything we clean: garments for dry cleaning and laundry, sarees for rolling, bridal wear, woollens and jackets, curtains, blankets and razais, shoes, handbags and items for alterations. Point out stains or delicate details at the counter so they are noted on the order.
Store or doorstep collection
Store orders are tagged at the counter and cleaned at our plant in Sector 82, Mohali, the same plant that handles doorstep orders. If you have a full bag or household linen, a free doorstep collection is easier: book at swanclean.in/schedule-collection.
Regular orders come back in 36–72 hours, or the next day with Express at an extra charge. Bridal wear, heavy stains and speciality items can take a few days more; we confirm the return date when we collect.
