What we clean

How leather is cleaned
Leather is cleaned by hand with leather-safe cleaners, never soaked. Collars and cuffs, where skin oil builds up, get extra attention. After cleaning the jacket is conditioned so it stays supple, and the lining is freshened. Suede is cleaned dry and brushed to lift the nap.
Before winter, and before storage
Chandigarh winters bring leather out of the cupboard for a few months a year. Clean jackets before storing them in March; sweat and body oil left in the leather over summer can cause stiffness and marks. Store on a broad hanger in a breathable cover, not plastic.
