- Brand and trademark. Swan Clean® is a registered trademark, with stores in Chandigarh, Mohali and Panchkula and business clients that include Indian School of Business, IHCL and Ramada properties.
- Plant know-how. Our plant in Sector 82, Mohali runs German Seitz dry cleaning, Diversey laundry chemistry (CII GreenPro certified), Veit, Macpi and Naomoto finishing, and is Green Earth Cleaning certified. Master and own-plant partners get the same equipment specification, layout and process.
- Technology. Customer app on Google Play and the App Store, WhatsApp ordering, a CRM that tracks every enquiry, garment tagging and order updates.
- Training. Garment intake and inspection, stain and fabric care, pricing, customer service, collection and delivery, and the store software, before you open.
