Every order is cleaned at our own plant in Sector 82, Industrial Area, Mohali: German Seitz dry cleaning in European-engineered machines, a Green Earth Cleaning certified process, Diversey professional chemistry for laundry (CII GreenPro certified), and finishing on Veit, Macpi and Naomoto form finishers. Regular orders come back in 36–72 hours, or the next day with Express at an extra charge. Bridal wear, heavy stains and speciality items can take a few days more; we confirm the return date when we collect.
